目的：探讨康复卒中单元治疗对脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢功能恢复的影响。方法选取2013年5月至2014年5月在河南南阳南石医院接受治疗的60例脑卒中偏瘫患者作为研究对象，按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组，各30例。两组患者均给予常规药物治疗，同时对照组患者给予常规康复训练，试验组患者在对照组基础上采用康复卒中单元治疗，比较两组患者的上肢运动功能和功能活动能力评分。结果试验组患者的上肢运动功能和功能活动能力评分均明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。结论对脑卒中偏瘫患者采用康复卒中单元治疗，可明显改善患者的临床症状，促进其上肢运动功能和功能活动能力的恢复，提高生活质量。“,”Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation stroke unit on recovery of upper limb function in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods Selection may 2013 to 2014 may in Nanshi Hospital of Nanyang in Henan Province accepted treatment of 60 cases of cerebral apoplexy patients as the research object,according to the random number table method is divided into treatment group and control group,each 30 cases.Two groups of patients were given routine drug treatment,while the control group were treated with routine rehabilitation training,patients in the treatment group in the control group based on the use of rehabilitation stroke unit treatment,compared two groups of patients with upper limb motor function and functional activity ability score.Results In the treatment group,the upper limb motor function and functional activity score were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The rehabilitation stroke unit can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with stroke,and promote the recovery of upper limb motor function and functional activity,and improve the quality of life.
