乌药水提物、醇提物均能降低小鼠甲基橙胃残留率,在20g/kg剂量能够增大小鼠小肠炭末推进率;对家兔离体肠平滑肌蠕动有明显抑制作用,并能对抗乙酰胆碱、磷酸组胺、氯化钡所致肠肌痉挛。
