通过对煤矿负荷的分析,发现原煤生产过程中矿用变频整流设备在正常运行过程时所产生的谐波电流中,高次谐波分量对电机和电机电缆危害较大,严重时可导致设备烧毁,进而,给井上和井下电气设备的运行带来安全隐患。因此,解决矿用变频系统引发的电能质量问题迫在眉睫。通过分析实际测量的谐波数据及电网参数,综合考虑煤矿行业的谐波治理现状,提出了基于直挂式高压有源滤波器的补偿方案,并在煤矿企业中实际应用,就地对谐波电流进行治理,有效地提高了用户用电质量、改善了用电环境,取得了预期效果。
