以黄瓜为试材,采用室内苗期孢子悬浮液灌根接种和田间土壤接菌鉴定的方法,研究了当地市场销售的23个黄瓜品种对枯萎病的抗性。结果表明:室内鉴定试验中,高抗品种3个,占13.0%;抗病品种5个,占21.7%;中抗品种9个,占39.1%;感病品种6个,占26.1%。田间鉴定试验中,高抗品种2个,占8.7%;抗病品种8个,占34.8%;中抗品种10个,占43.5%;感病品种3个,占13.0%。试验表明,供试的23个黄瓜品种中有10个品种属于高抗或抗病,适宜在当地推广种植。
Using cucumber as test material, 23 cucumber cultivars sold in the local market were tested for their resistance to Fusarium wilt using inoculation of inoculation spore suspension and inoculation of field soil in the seedling stage. The results showed that there were 3 high resistance cultivars (13.0%), 5 resistant cultivars (21.7%), 9 resistant cultivars (39.1%) and 6 susceptible cultivars (26.1%). Among the field trials, 2 were high resistant cultivars, accounting for 8.7%; 8 resistant cultivars, accounting for 34.8%; 10 resistant cultivars, accounting for 43.5%; 3 susceptible cultivars, accounting for 13.0%. Tests showed that 10 of the 23 cucumber varieties tested were highly resistant or resistant to disease and suitable for planting in the local area.
