我们采用(64)~Cr 释放法检测了21例表现为肾阴虚的甲状腺机能亢进症(简称甲亢)患者外周血 NK 细胞活性,结果表明患者的 Nk 细胞活性明显低于正常人(P<0.01)且血浆皮质醇浓度亦低下(P<0.01),但是二者之间没有相关关系。同时还发现这些患者血清中存在能强烈抑制正常人 Nk 细胞活性的物质。我们认为有必要进一步研究滋阴补肾治疗对 NK 细胞活性的影响. We detected the activity of NK cells in peripheral blood of 21 patients with hyperthyroidism (abbreviated as hyperthyroidism) with (64)~Cr release method. The results showed that the activity of Nk cells in patients was significantly lower than normal (P<0.01). The plasma cortisol concentration was also low (P<0.01), but there was no correlation between the two. At the same time, it was also found that there were substances in the serum of these patients that strongly inhibited the activity of normal human Nk cells. We think it is necessary to further study the effect of Ziyin Bushen treatment on NK cell activity.
