自大白鼠尾静脉注入Ⅱ号氟碳代血液后,经不同时间注入炭末混悬液,以观察Ⅱ号氟碳代血液对机体网状内皮系统吞噬功能的影响。实验结果表明,在注入Ⅱ号氟碳代血液后96小时内,对网状内皮系统继续吞噬炭末颗粒有一时性的抑制作用;但在炭末注入后60~90分钟,吞噬活性即恢复正常。因此,一次较大剂量Ⅱ号氟碳代血液应用于失血性休克合并全身感染等伤员,对机体网状内皮系统的功能并不会产生多大影响。
From the caudal vein of rats injected with fluorocarbon Ⅱ blood, injected into the charcoal suspension at different times to observe the effect of fluorocarbon Ⅱ on the phagocytic function of the reticuloendothelial system. The experimental results show that, within the first 96 hours after the injection of fluorocarbon blood No. II, reticuloendotheliocytosis continues to engulf the charcoal granules in a timely manner; however, the phagocytic activity returns to normal within 60-90 minutes after charcoal injection . Therefore, a larger dose of fluorocarbon Ⅱ blood for hemorrhagic shock combined with systemic infection and other casualties, the body’s reticuloendothelial system function does not have much effect.
