自1993年浙江美术学院更名为中国美术学院,五年过去,学院的各项工作贯彻党委“拓展中求稳定”的思路,首先从以人事、分配制度改革为龙头的内部管理体制改革入手;又以一系列教学改革研讨和多项措施出台并付诸实施,使教学、管理改革进一步深化与加强;同时多方努力,积极筹措资金,争取校园整体改造、浦东上海设计艺术分院新校筹建和钱江南岸附中与国际艺术交流培训中心的建设等等,取得了积极成果,不出几年,中国美术学院将以一个全新的面貌为新世纪培养艺术人才。学院充分意识到:在中国特色社会主义初级阶段办艺术教育,挑战与机遇、困难与希望始终并存,守成是消极被动的,唯有开拓进取才是生存发展之道。学院的决策者和广大师生认真学习、领会党的十五大精神,注意总结历史经验,努力从一个较高起点上,着眼于学院的长远发展,统一思想认识,并且自觉地贯彻到各项工作中去。
Since 1993, the Zhejiang Academy of Fine Arts has been renamed the China Academy of Art. Over the past five years, all the college’s work has followed the idea of “steadily expanding the party committees”. The college is fully aware that in the initial stage of socialism with Chinese characteristics, art education, challenges and opportunities, difficulties and hopes are always coexisting.
