我們曾收到江西吉安專署農業水利科龔蔭森等四位同志以及其他同志們的來信,要求介绍些關於放水涵洞閘門及沉陷缝設計方面的文章。为此,我們特地組織了这篇稿子,以供同志們参考。 We have received letters from four comrades, including Gong Yinsen, the Agricultural and Hydraulic Section of the Ji’an Agency of Jiangxi and other comrades, and asked for some articles on the design of drainage culvert gates and subsidence seams.
