人类对恐龙的认识都是从错误开始。西方国家最早发现、描述的恐龙化石要么被误指为“巨人的阴囊”,要么被判定为“蜥蜴的牙齿”。中国发现、研究恐龙比西方早2100—2200年,尽管当时也不能揭开它的恐龙真面,却给后人留下宝贵的考古、文化研究史料。 Human understanding of dinosaurs are from the wrong start. Western countries first discovered that the described dinosaur fossils were either mistakenly referred to as “gigantic scrotum” or as “lizard’s teeth.” China found that dinosaurs were studied 2100 to 2,200 years earlier than the West. Although they were not able to reveal their true face of dinosaurs at the time, they left precious historical materials for archeology and cultural studies to future generations.
