我国的审判管理研究起步较晚。回顾审判管理走过的每一个足迹,不难发现,许多的变革和创新机制,都是应时代要求而生的。随着我国社会主义民主政治和法治建设的不断发展,人民法院公正司法的政治氛围和制度环境越来越好,其自身拥有的发展基础和条件也越来越好,人民群众对法院公正、高效司法的要求和期待也越来越强烈。同时,人民法院服务发展的责任更加重大,维护社会和谐稳定面临的挑战更加严峻,自身改革、建设和发展的要求更加紧迫。现阶段,基层法院工作面临着新形势和新要求,各地区基层法院结合自身条件和特点,积极探索形成了许多好的经验,诸如,推进审判基本单位——庭一级审判管理改革;建立完善“五位一体”审判管理体系;设置和实行法官助理制度;优化审委会组织构成,完善和创新其工作机制;为科学评估法院运行绩效,在评估内容和方法上的改变等等,都是极具理论探讨价值,并颇有现实意义的新问题或前沿问题#畞u0001?蝷磤眬縺讇脌褉莯葊箑襽衻絸觻磤眬衻祤粈瞼穩詟??u0001?葊線蛝蓘簚穩諃蓘艀箑纮粈謤祤蝷虁諃縺讇虁虁獭#u0001?蟺蛝襽苺箑膧穩聙絸粈穩褉絸祤箑住#
