将扫描电镜与原位加载台结合,对材料的损伤破坏过程从细、微观角度进行实时观测,有助于深入研究影响材料力学性能的主要因素。综述了近年来原位加载扫描电镜技术及其相关的新技术在材料细观损伤力学研究中的应用,并对该技术在材料力学性能研究中的发展方向进行了展望。
Combining SEM and in-situ loading stage, real-time observation of the damage process of materials from the micro and micro perspectives is helpful to further study the main factors that affect the mechanical properties of materials. The applications of in situ scanning scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and its related new technologies in the meso - damage mechanics of materials have been reviewed in this paper. The development of this technology in the mechanical properties of materials has also been discussed.
