雄性小鼠大脑线粒体单胺氧化酶(以下简称MAO)活性随鼠月龄增长明显升高。雌、雄性老年大鼠大脑和海马不同脑区MAO活性较青年对照组显著增加。补肾填精中药能明显地抑制老年小鼠和大鼠大脑及海马线粒体MAO活性,对机体脑组织产生明显延缓衰老的作用。
Male mouse brain mitochondrial MAO activity increased significantly with the age of rats. The activity of MAO in brain and hippocampus of female and male aged rats increased significantly compared with that of youth control group. Bushen Shenjing can obviously inhibit the activity of mitochondria MAO in the brain and hippocampus of aged mice and rats, and significantly delay the aging of brain tissue.
