职业生涯规划与发展对女性来说具有非常重要的现实意义。随着时代的发展和进步,各行各业目前正在以开放的姿态迎接即将到来的竞争和挑战,女职工普遍感到工作压力与日俱增,渴望实现自身价值的愿望也越来越强烈。当前,煤炭事业多元化的发展给更多女职工发挥了巨大的半边天优势和作用,不少女职工在岗位上做出了骄人的成绩,取得了辉煌的成就。但是,纵观煤炭行业基层一线的女职工,由于受到生理、心理、社会舆论等各方面因素影响,对职业生涯的规划一直处于混沌的状态,很多女职工甚至不清楚何为职业生涯规划。笔者在简析职业生涯规划的重要性,分析煤炭女职工职业生涯规划的现实问题后,对女职工如何制定职业生涯规划提出了一定的建议,以帮助女性员工更合理地制定职业生涯规划。
Career planning and development for women has a very important practical significance. With the development and progress of the times, all walks of life are now taking an open attitude to meet the upcoming competition and challenges. Female workers generally feel the pressure of work is increasing day by day, and the desire to realize their own values is also growing stronger. At present, the diversified development of the coal industry has given more women workers a huge advantage and a half-day advantage. Many female workers have made remarkable achievements in their posts and have achieved brilliant achievements. However, looking at the women workers at the grassroots level in the coal industry, their career planning has been chaotic due to various factors such as physical, psychological and social public opinion. Many female workers are not even sure what their career plans are. After analyzing the importance of career planning and analyzing the realistic problems of career planning of coal female workers, the author puts forward some suggestions on how to make career planning for female workers in order to help female employees make career planning more rationally.
