对pH、温度、磁场、光照等外界环境因素敏感的智能纳米材料作为药物载体应用于药物传递系统已成为靶向制剂研究的热点。本文针对温度/pH双重响应型、磁场/pH双重响应型、光照/温度双重响应型、磁场/温度双重响应型及光照/温度/pH三重响应型智能药物传递载体进行阐述,并整理和归纳其在药物靶向递送系统中的应用。多重刺激响应型智能纳米材料为抗肿瘤药物的传递提供了良好的运载平台,具有极大的发展潜力和独特优势。
Smart nanomaterials, which are sensitive to external environmental factors such as pH, temperature, magnetic field and illumination, have been the focus of targeted drug delivery system for drug delivery system. In this paper, the dual response type of temperature / pH, dual response of magnetic field / pH, dual response of light / temperature, dual response of magnetic field / temperature and light / temperature / pH were introduced and summarized. Application in drug targeting delivery system. Multi-stimuli-responsive smart nanomaterials provide a good platform for the delivery of anti-tumor drugs, with great potential for development and unique advantages.
