激光导向自动纠偏装置是我国在桥涵工程施工中应用的一项新技术。本文从理论上简要地叙述了激光导向自动纠偏装置的工作原理和光(激光)、电、油(油压)能量转换的过程,以及箱涵顶进中的控制方法。并介绍了该装置在本溪站人行地道桥和长大斜交桥顶进施工中的实际应用情况。
Laser-guided automatic correction device is a new technology applied in construction of bridge and culvert in our country. In this paper, the working principle of automatic guiding device for laser guiding and the process of energy conversion of light (laser), electricity and oil (hydraulic) and the control method of box culvert jacking are described briefly in theory. The actual application of this device in the construction of pedestrian overpass and long-spanned skewed bridge in Benxi Station is introduced.
