[目的 /意义]针对信息技术环境下移动图书馆服务质量的问题,探究用户的技术焦虑对移动图书馆服务质量的影响机理,建立技术焦虑对移动图书馆服务质量影响的中介模型,引导图书馆更好地开展移动信息服务,提高服务质量。[方法 /过程]以用户参与为中介变量,分析技术焦虑与用户参与、移动图书馆服务质量的作用关系并构建研究模型,通过分析调研数据对模型进行严格的实证检验。[结果 /结论]结果表明,技术焦虑对用户参与存在显著的反向作用,用户参与对移动图书馆服务质量存在显著正向作用,技术焦虑以用户参与为部分中介对移动图书馆服务质量产生反向作用,技术焦虑的个人维度对移动图书馆服务质量的影响比图书馆维度更显著。
[Purpose / Significance] In view of the problem of service quality of mobile libraries in information technology environment, this paper explores the mechanism of technical anxiety of users on the service quality of mobile libraries and establishes the mediation model of the impact of technical anxiety on the service quality of mobile libraries, and guides the library Better carry out mobile information services, improve service quality. [Method / Process] Taking user participation as a mediating variable, this paper analyzes the relationship between technical anxiety and user participation, mobile library service quality and builds a research model. Through the analysis of research data, the model is strictly tested empirically. [Results / Conclusion] The results show that technical anxiety has a significant negative effect on user participation, user participation has a significant positive effect on the service quality of mobile libraries, and technology anxiety takes user participation as part of mediation to counter the service quality of mobile libraries To the role of personal anxiety technology dimensions of the mobile library service quality impact more than the library dimension.
