目的探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(OSA)患者血浆肾上腺髓质素(ADM)和C型利钠肽(CNP)水平的变化极其意义。方法用放射免疫法分别测定69例OSA患者(轻度26例,中度20例,重度23例)和25例正常人的血浆ADM和CNP水平。结果(1)OSA轻、中、重度各组血浆ADM水平分别为(46.90±11.37)、(46.04±10.307)、(47.56±9.677)ng/L,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。总OSA组与正常对照组血浆ADM水平分别为(46.73±13.92)、45.90±12.87)ng/L,差异亦无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)OSA轻、中、重度各组血浆CNP水平分别为(12.02±3.75)、(12.37±5.34)、(11.86±4.24)ng/L,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。总OSA组与正常对照组血浆CNP水平分别为(12.08±4.25)、(9.66±3.24)ng/L,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论ADM在OSA患者中无变化,不能作为诊治观察OSA的指标。CNP在OSA组的升高与缺氧无关,可能是引起OSA的另一潜在病理机制。
Objective To investigate the changes of plasma adrenomedullin (ADM) and C-type natriuretic peptide (CNP) levels in patients with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). Methods The levels of plasma ADM and CNP in 69 OSA patients (26 mild, 20 moderate, 23 severe) and 25 normal controls were measured by radioimmunoassay. Results (1) The plasma levels of ADM in the mild, moderate and severe OSA groups were (46.90 ± 11.37), (46.04 ± 10.307) and (47.56 ± 9.677) ng / L respectively, with no significant difference (P> 0.05). The plasma levels of ADM in OSA group and normal control group were (46.73 ± 13.92) and (45.90 ± 12.87) ng / L respectively, with no significant difference (P> 0.05). (2) The levels of plasma CNP in mild, moderate and severe OSA groups were (12.02 ± 3.75), (12.37 ± 5.34) and (11.86 ± 4.24) ng / L respectively, with no significant difference (P> 0.05). The plasma levels of CNP in total OSA group and normal control group were (12.08 ± 4.25) and (9.66 ± 3.24) ng / L, respectively, with statistical significance (P> 0.05). Conclusion There is no change in ADM in patients with OSA and can not be used as an index for the diagnosis and treatment of OSA. The elevation of CNP in OSA group has nothing to do with hypoxia, which may be another potential pathological mechanism of OSA.
