目的:研究顺铂在玻碳电极上的电化学行为及其测定方法。方法:循环伏安法(CV)和差分脉冲伏安法(DPV)。结果:顺铂在玻碳电极上有一对准可逆氧化还原峰,氧化峰电位Epa与还原峰电位Epc分别为0.78,0.3 V,△E=0.48 V,Ipa/Ipc=4.30。在优化条件下,顺铂的氧化峰电流与其浓度在6.54×10-5~3.03×10-4mol.L-1范围内成良好的线性关系(r=0.9978),检出限为3.9×10-5mol.L-1。结论:本方法操作简便,准确可靠,灵敏度高,可用于顺铂含量的直接测定。
Objective: To study the electrochemical behavior of cisplatin on glassy carbon electrode and its determination method. Methods: Cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV). RESULTS: Cisplatin had a pair of quasi-reversible redox peaks at the glassy carbon electrode. The oxidation peak potential Epa and reduction peak potential Epc were 0.78,0.3 V, ΔE = 0.48 V, and Ipa / Ipc = 4.30. Under optimized conditions, the oxidation peak current of cisplatin was linear with the concentration of cisplatin in the range of 6.54 × 10-5 ~ 3.03 × 10-4mol·L-1 (r = 0.9978). The detection limit was 3.9 × 10- 5mol.L-1. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reliable, high sensitivity and can be used for the direct determination of cisplatin content.
