目的:了解昆山市社区中老年人群到社区卫生服务机构就医的现状,探讨其对社区卫生服务的未来需求,为方便社区居民就医,促进人群健康提供对策。方法:对昆山市536名社区中老年人到社区卫生服务机构就医的现状及未来就医需求进行问卷调查。结果:昆山市社区中老年人群的就医行为及未来需求中,知道、去过、就诊过社区卫生服务机构的分别为89.37%、82.65%和88.81%;知道社区卫生服务机构提供门诊服务、是医疗保险定点机构的分别占76.87%和62.31%;认为其服务态度好、就近方便、手续简便分别为70.90%、80.22%和59.89%;认为其设备环境差、技术水平低、医疗费用高的分别为27.99%、7.46%和14.37%;希望社区卫生服务机构有1名固定的长期全科医生、能到家里出诊、提供定期体检服务的分别为55.41%、49.44%和62.69%。结论:为方便社区居民就医,满足社区居民的就医需求,有必要进一步完善社区卫生服务机构的“六位一体”功能,同时加大对其硬件设施的投入,加大人才引进的力度和现有工作人员的培训力度,并从社区居民迫切需要的服务项目出发,逐步满足他们的就医需求。
Objective: To understand the status quo of medical treatment for middle-aged and elderly people in community community in Kunshan and to discuss their future demand for community health services, so as to provide convenience for community residents to seek medical treatment and promote people’s health. Methods: 536 community residents in Kunshan City, community health services to the current situation and future medical needs questionnaire survey. Results: Among community medical services and future needs in Kunshan, 89.37%, 82.65% and 88.81% of the community health service providers knew and visited, respectively. They knew that the community health service agencies provided outpatient services and were medical Insurance designated agencies accounted for 76.87% and 62.31% respectively; that their attitude is good, convenient, simple procedures were 70.90%, 80.22% and 59.89%; that the equipment is poor, low technology, high medical costs were 27.99%, 7.46% and 14.37% respectively. It is hoped that there will be 1 regular long-term general practitioner in the community health service and 55.41%, 49.44% and 62.69% of them will be able to visit their home to provide regular medical examination. Conclusion: In order to facilitate community residents to seek medical treatment and meet the needs of community residents for medical treatment, it is necessary to further improve the “six in one” function of community health service agencies, increase investment in their hardware facilities and increase the intensity of talent introduction The current staff training efforts, and from the community residents urgently needed services starting to gradually meet their medical needs.
