采用放射免疫法测定51例新生儿脐血内皮素(ET)含量。结果窒息新生儿脐血ET含量明显增高,重度窒息较轻度窒息高(P均<0.01)。作者认为,脐血ET含量与窒息程度呈正相关,可作为诊断新生儿窒息的又一项重要指标,同时也为应用钙通道阻滞剂及一氧化氮(NO)等药物治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)提供了理论依据。
