实例分析表明,一甲复审成绩与送审成绩存在显著性差异,其原因主要有两个:一是复审与送审所依照的评分标准有所不同,二是测试员对评分标准的把握和执行程度有差异。送审测试员的评分过于宽松是复审成绩低于送审成绩、复审通过率不高的主要原因。为缩小评分差异,保证测试效度和信度,建议从两个方面努力:一是维护评分标准的统一性,二是加强复审测试员专题培训、研讨和交流。 The case study shows that there are two significant differences between the first review result and the second review result. There are two main reasons: First, the review criteria are different from those of the second review; second, the testers’ difference. Submit testers score too loose is the review result is lower than the results of the review, the main reason for the review of the adoption rate is not high. In order to reduce the difference between the scores and ensure the validity and reliability of the test, it is suggested that efforts should be made in two aspects. One is to maintain the unity of the scoring standards and the other is to strengthen the special training, discussion and exchange of testers.
