目的探讨冠心病患者外周血CD_4~+ CD_(28)~(null)T 淋巴细胞的数量以及其表达穿孔素情况。方法空腹采肘静脉血,采用流式细胞分析仪测定68例急性冠脉综合征(ACS),56例稳定型心绞痛(sAP)患者和65名健康人循环CD_4~+ CD_(28)~(null)T 淋巴细胞亚群扩增情况。结果 ACS 患者循环CD_4~+ CD_(28)~(null)T 淋巴细胞数量(11.6%)显著高于 SAP 患者(2.84%)和健康者(0.59%);CD_4~+ Perforin~+T淋巴细胞数量(12.0%)也明显高于 SAP 组(3.06%)和对照组(0.25%)。结论 ACS 患者CD_4~+ CD_(28)~(null)T淋巴细胞显著增加且表达穿孔素,这些细胞浸润到斑块处,可能通过细胞毒功能破坏血管内皮细胞而导致斑块破裂,从而参与 ACS 的发生。
Objective To investigate the number of CD_4 ~ + CD_ (28) null T lymphocytes and the expression of perforin in peripheral blood of patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Fasting blood samples were collected from 68 patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS), 56 patients with stable angina pectoris (sAP) and 65 healthy individuals by flow cytometry (FCM). The levels of CD_4 ~ + CD_ (28) ~ ) T lymphocyte subsets amplification. Results The number of CD_4 ~ + CD_ (28) null T lymphocytes (11.6%) in patients with ACS was significantly higher than that in SAP patients (2.84%) and healthy subjects (0.59%). The number of CD_4 ~ + Perforin ~ + T lymphocytes (12.0%) was also significantly higher than SAP group (3.06%) and control group (0.25%). Conclusion CD_4 ~ + CD_ (28) ~ (null) T lymphocytes in ACS patients significantly increase and express perforin. These cells infiltrated into the plaque and may be involved in the pathogenesis of ACS by destroying the vascular endothelial cells by cytotoxic function happened.
