电力企业现阶段存在的主要问题并非是生产供应问题,而是企业员工劳动力优化配置的问题。但工作人员的个人能力、专业知识和所从事的岗位的匹配度非常高的时候,工作人员的工作质量、工作效率和工作热情会随之增高,进而发挥员工的主观能动性创造更多的价值。这个改变需要通过人力资源部门的管理方式来转变,将原有的粗放型的管理方式向现阶段应有的集约型的管理方式来转变,这是地方电力企业基层单位的当务之急。本文首先确定了人力资源管理要达到的目标和效果,然后详细地讨论了具体的措施和方法。下文所述,仅供交流参考。
The main problems existing in power companies at this stage are not the production and supply problems, but the optimization of the workforce for employees. However, when the staff’s individual ability, professional knowledge and job matching are very high, the staff’s quality of work, work efficiency and enthusiasm for work will increase, and then give full play to their subjective initiative to create more value. This change needs to be changed through the management mode of human resources department, and the existing extensive management mode should be changed to the intensive management mode that should be provided at this stage.
