“地产和谐指数”是由唐楷(北京)市场调查有限公司和《中国地产市场》杂志联合发起的“中国地产指数”系统研究项目的重要组成部分。地产和谐指数下设6个一级指标,包括:与经济发展匹配指数、金融安全指数、产品结构指数、市场健康指数、地产开发信心指数、社会环境指数。前四个指数通过对目标偏离程度的分析来反映市场和谐状态,后两个指数通过数值大小反映其对市场和谐的贡献。本刊将继续刊发地产和谐指数系统对中国地产市场的跟踪监测分析,以此度量地产市场的运行状态,更好地促进市场发展。
“Real Estate Harmony Index ” is an important part of the “China Real Estate Index ” system research project jointly launched by Tang Kai (Beijing) Market Research Co., Ltd. and China Real Estate Market. Real Estate Harmony Index consists of six first-level indicators, including: economic development matching index, financial safety index, product structure index, market health index, real estate development confidence index, social environment index. The first four indexes reflect market harmony by analyzing the degree of target deviation, and the latter two indices reflect their contribution to market harmony through numerical values. The publication will continue to publish the real estate index system of harmony in the real estate market tracking and monitoring of the Chinese real estate market in order to measure the operating status and better promote market development.
