随着经济的不断发展,企业在激烈的市场竞争中要想生存下来就要面对更多的挑战,尤其对于制造业来说,产品利润在逐步下降,所以控制好产品成本对企业的生存和发展有非常重要的作用。但是调查发现我国很多企业在产品成本控制方面都存在了很多问题,给企业的发展带来一定的阻碍。本文主要对我国当前制造企业的产品成本控制出现的问题进行分析,并对如何优化产品成本控制提出相应的策略,旨在帮助企业提高产品成本控制,最终提高企业竞争力。
With the continuous development of the economy, enterprises have to face more challenges in the fierce market competition in order to survive. Especially for the manufacturing industry, the profits of the products are gradually declining. Therefore, controlling the cost of products to the survival of enterprises and Development has a very important role. However, the survey found that many enterprises in our country have many problems in product cost control and have brought some obstacles to the development of enterprises.
