随着中国改革开放基本国策的确立与实施,为建立国家涉外投资法律体系和完善投资环境,充分吸收外国投资,1979年7月1日,五届人大二次会议制订颁布了我国《中外合资经营企业法》,1986年4月12日六届人大四次会议制订颁布了我国《外资企业法》,1988年4月13日一届人大一次会议制订颁布了我国《中外合作经营企业法》。作为配套法规,国务院分别颁布了《中外合资企业法实施案例》、《外资企业法实施细则》。
With the establishment and implementation of the basic national policy of China’s reform and opening up, in order to establish a legal system for foreign investment in the country and improve the investment environment and to fully absorb foreign investment, on July 1, 1979, the Second Session of the Fifth National People’s Congress formulated and promulgated the “Sino- Enterprise Law ”, the Fourth Session of the Sixth National People’s Congress on April 12, 1986 formulated and promulgated the“ Law of Foreign-funded Enterprises ”of our country. On April 13, 1988, a session of the first NPC formed and promulgated the“ Law of Sino-Foreign Joint Venture Enterprises. ” As supporting regulations, the State Council promulgated the “Implementation Rules of Sino-Foreign Joint Venture Law” and the “Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Foreign-Funded Enterprises Law.”
