“反思教学法在外语教学中的应用研修班”不仅为广大一线教师提供了深入学习反思教学理论知识和操作实践的机会,也为教师们搭建了互动交流的平台。反思既是一种意识,又是一种活动,更是一种能力。本文从反思教学实践的内涵、意义、途径等着手,阐述了对反思教学实践的理解及其重要性的认识。大学英语教学中,践行反思教学既是教学改革的需要,又是教师自身职业发展的要求。在教学中反思,在反思中教学,这样的教学才会充满理性和思考,这样的教师才会在职业发展的道路上不断成长。 “Reflective pedagogy in foreign language teaching application seminar ” not only for the vast number of front-line teachers in-depth study and rethink the teaching of theoretical knowledge and operational practice opportunities, but also for teachers to build a platform for interaction and exchange. Rethinking is not only a kind of consciousness, but also an activity and even a kind of ability. Beginning with the connotation, meaning and approach of reflective teaching practice, this essay elaborates on the understanding and importance of reflective teaching practice. In college English teaching, practicing reflective teaching is not only the need of teaching reform, but also the requirement of teachers’ own career development. Reflect in teaching, teaching in reflection, such teaching will be full of reason and thinking, such a teacher will continue to grow in the career development path.
