房水从眼内排出,几乎全部是经过小梁和与其相连的巩膜表层及深层静脉系统。关于Schle-mm管静脉系统和眼内静脉网之间有无直接吻合对研究房水的排出有重要意义。作者用8只离体人眼进行了研究。先把离体眼经角膜中心切成两半,除去眼内容。从Schle-mm管之一端注射混有墨染料的30%明胶液。另一端用烧灼封闭。灌注中可见巩膜表面有大量的被染液染色的血管。取下睫状体色素上皮,把巩膜放入60%的Beporpa 溶液中5分钟使其透明,观察被染液充盈的睫状体和睫状肌血管的分布。第二步是寻找从睫状体发出的,被染液充盈的紧靠Schlemm管的大血管。做横断Scblemm
Aqueous humor excreted from the eye, almost all through the trabecular and connected with the scleral surface and deep venous system. Whether there is a direct anastomosis between the Schle-mm tube venous system and the intraocular venous network is important for the study of aqueous humor drainage. The authors studied with eight isolated human eyes. First ex-corneal corneal eyes cut in half, remove the eye content. Inject 30% gelatin solution with ink dye from one end of the Schle-mm tube. The other end is closed with a burn. Perfusion can be seen in the sclera surface with a large number of dye-stained blood vessels. Remove the ciliary body pigment epithelium, put the sclera in 60% Beporpa solution for 5 minutes to make it transparent, observe the distribution of the ciliary body and ciliary muscle blood vessels filled with dye. The second step is to look for the large blood vessels that come out of the ciliary body and are filled by the dye solution close to the Schlemm’s canal. Make a crosscut Scblemm
