基于模型定义(Model Based Definition,MBD)技术在飞机研制中的应用,改变了传统的以二维工程图纸为主、三维数字化模型为辅的飞机研制模式,把所有的几何、尺寸、公差、材料、工艺、属性、管理等信息集成到三维模型数据集(MBD数据集)中。工程设计信息和工艺制造信息实现了数字化、三维化和集成化,实现了设计和制造间的唯一数据源,为飞机制造阶段的装配仿真分析、人机工程仿真分析、数字化装配协调和容差分析、物流仿真分析、数字化测量、自动化装配等数字化手段的应用奠定了基础;为工艺过程的三维化、数字化、自动化提供了可能。
