针对房地产价格过快上涨,并有可能引发房地产泡沫的情况,4月14日和17日,国务院出台了较严厉的措施,规定对贷款购买第二套住房的家庭,贷款首付款比例不得低于50%,贷款利率不得低于基准利率的1.1倍;商品住房价格过高、上涨过快、供应紧张的地区,商业银行可根据风险状况,暂停发放购买第三套及以上住房贷款;对不能提供1年以上当地纳税证明或社会保险缴纳证明的非本地居民暂停发放购买住房贷款。
For real estate prices rising too fast, and may trigger a real estate bubble situation, April 14 and 17, the State Council promulgated a more stringent measures to provide loans to buy a second home for families, the proportion of loans down payment not less than 50% of the loan interest rate of not less than 1.1 times the benchmark interest rate; commodity housing prices are too high, rising too fast, the supply of tension in the region, commercial banks may suspend payment of the third set and above housing loans; Non-local residents with local tax payment certificate or social security payment certificate of more than one year shall suspend payment of housing loan.
