提出了一种无线传感器网络通信的低压断路器智能控制器的设计思路和实现方案,介绍了智能低压断路器的无线传感器网络通信体系结构、工作原理和智能控制器的硬件电路和软件,给出了智能低压断路器无线传感器网络通信结构图、智能控制器硬件电路简图、低压断路器内部状态检测电路简图、操作与分合闸电路简图、无线传感网络通信处理电路简图和软件流程图。该智能控制器能够实现低成本远程无线通信,具有功能完善、高性价比、高可靠性的特点,并且具有显著的工程应用价值。
A design idea and realization scheme of intelligent controller of low voltage circuit breaker for wireless sensor network communication are proposed. The architecture, working principle and hardware circuit and software of intelligent low voltage circuit breaker are introduced. Intelligent low voltage circuit breaker wireless sensor network communication structure, intelligent controller hardware circuit diagram, low-voltage circuit breaker internal state detection circuit diagram, operation and sub-gate circuit diagram, wireless sensor network communication processing circuit diagram and software flow chart. The intelligent controller can realize low-cost long-distance wireless communication, has the features of complete functions, high cost performance and high reliability, and has significant engineering application value.
