睡眠法:南宋大诗人陆游,享年85岁,其养生方法是注意睡眠。他晚间读书,一般以二更鼓尽(晚10时左右)为限度,清晨即起,以睡眠充足来消除生理和精神疲劳,几十年如一日。静坐法:北宋文学家苏轼推崇静坐养生法。他曾在广东建“息轩”并题诗:“无事此静坐,一日是两日,若活七十年,便是百四十”。静坐法要求坐姿端正,两目微闭,全身放松,自然呼吸,宁神静志,意守丹田,一般每次静坐15~30分钟。散步法:南朝齐梁的思想家、医学家陶弘景说:“饱食不可坐与卧,欲得行步务作以散之”。对长期伏案工作的人,散步有益养生。叩齿法:陶弘景年过80仍齿坚,其主要的健身方法就是叩齿。他说:“龄为筋骨之余,常宜叩齿……每次叩击36数”。苏轼也差成了“子时后,披衣坐,面对面,盘足,叩齿三十六通”的习惯。
