介绍了一种多功能数字交流伺服控制系统的软硬件设计方案,其控制核心采用数字信号处理器(DSP)及带有短路保护的IGBT逆变桥驱动电路,带有模拟和数字多个输入接口,并阐述了其外围电路和伺服电机控制模块的设计原理。为降低各种工作模式下各过程控制模块之间的耦合,系统软件采用层次式有限状态机(HFSM)构建。通过对该系统在工业缝纫机驱动控制上的应用,表明方案可行且效果良好。
A software and hardware design scheme of a multi-function digital AC servo control system is introduced. The control core adopts digital signal processor (DSP) and IGBT inverter bridge driver circuit with short-circuit protection, with analog and digital multiple input interfaces , And describes the design principle of its peripheral circuits and servo motor control module. In order to reduce the coupling between the process control modules under various working modes, the system software is constructed with a Hierarchical Finite State Machine (HFSM). Through the application of this system in the drive control of industrial sewing machine, it shows that the scheme is feasible and works well.
