液压支架是机械化采煤重要设备,其监控系统完善程度决定了综采工作面无人化开采能否顺利进行。针对液压支架电液控制系统单个支架非自动控制效率低,采煤速度落后问题。设计实现集中控制的监控主机系统,又称为顺槽主机,是监控系统核心部分。重点介绍了上位机监控界面及控制器间通信问题。
