一种次氯酸钠发生器的消毒效果观察

目的观察一种次氯酸钠发生器产生的消毒液的杀菌效果,为实际应用提供依据。方法采用悬液定量杀菌法,对其杀菌性能进行观察。结果该次氯酸钠发生器在设定条件下,可生产出含有效氯约3 895 mg/L的次氯酸钠消毒液。用含有效氯600 mg/L该次氯酸钠消毒液作用15 min,对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭对数值>5.00;含有效氯350 mg/L的该消毒液作用15 min,对悬液内大肠杆菌的杀灭对数值>5.00;同样条件下杀灭白色念珠菌对数值达到4.0,则需要含有效氯300 mg/L。结论该次氯酸钠发生器产生的次氯酸钠消毒液对细菌繁殖体及真菌有良好的杀菌效果。 Objective To observe the bactericidal effect of a disinfectant produced by a sodium hypochlorite generator to provide the basis for practical application. Methods Suspension quantitative disinfection method, its bactericidal properties were observed. Results The sodium hypochlorite generator was able to produce a sodium hypochlorite disinfectant containing about 8 895 mg / L of available chlorine under the set conditions. With the effective chlorine 600 mg / L sodium hypochlorite disinfectant for 15 min, the suspension of Staphylococcus aureus kill logarithm> 5.00; containing chlorine 350 mg / L of the disinfectant for 15 min, the suspension Escherichia coli kill logarithm> 5.00; under the same conditions kill Candida albicans logarithmic value of 4.0, you need to contain available chlorine 300 mg / L. Conclusion The sodium hypochlorite disinfectant produced by the sodium hypochlorite generator has a good bactericidal effect on bacterial propagules and fungi.
