对不同点焊接工艺下的汽车板点焊接头的断裂失效模式和原因进行了分析,通过力学性能检测分析了不同断裂失效模式下的点焊接接头的承载性能。结果表明,高强汽车板点焊接头主要分为界面断裂、熔合线断裂和热影响区断裂3种失效模式;发生界面断裂的点焊接头的承载性能较低,其次为熔合线失效的点焊接接头,而热影响区失效的点焊接头的承载性能最高;界面断裂模式下的熔核区断口有较多的撕裂棱和拉长的韧窝,而熔合线断裂模式下的断口主要由尺寸分布不均的浅韧窝组成。
Fracture failure modes and reasons of automobile spot welding joints under different welding conditions were analyzed. The bearing performance of spot welded joints under different failure modes was analyzed by mechanical property test. The results show that the high-strength automotive sheet metal spot welding joints are mainly divided into three kinds of failure modes: interface fracture, weld line fracture and heat-affected zone fracture. The bearing capacity of the spot weld joint with interface fracture is low, followed by the spot welded joint with weld failure , While the HAZ failure spot weld joint has the highest bearing capacity. In the interfacial fracture mode, there are more ripping edges and elongated dimples in the fracture surface of the nugget zone, while the fracture in the fracture mode of the fusion line mainly consists of the size distribution Uneven shallow dimples.
