肿瘤是机体在多种因素刺激下形成的一种新生物。目前已有外科手术、化疗、放疗、靶向治疗、免疫治疗等多种治疗方式。人源性肿瘤动物模型是一种将人源肿瘤细胞或组织移植到免疫缺陷小鼠中建立而成的实验模型,已被证实是进行肿瘤相关研究的有效平台。本文将对人源性肿瘤动物模型的构建及其用于肿瘤免疫疗法的研究进展进行综述。“,”Tumor is a neoplasm formed under the stimulation of many factors. At present, there are multiple treatments, such as surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, targeted therapy and immunotherapy. Human xenograft models, as experimental models, are established by transplanting human tumor cells or tissues into immunocompromised mice, which have been proven to be effective platforms for research related to tumor. This article reviews the strategies of human xenograft models and the research progress of human xenograft models in cancer immunotherapy.
