为适应社会主义市场经济体制,加快政府职能转变与科学决策的进程,加快城乡医疗保障制度改革、卫生管理体制的运行机制改革及实施区域卫生规划等已经提到各级政府及卫生行政部门的议事日程。为此,江西省卫生厅于2000年3月在全省范围内开展了第二次居民卫生服务调查。调查对了解和评价我省居民健康状况、掌握居民卫生服务需要和需求的变化,对各级卫生行政部门管理科学化、民主化、合理配置卫生资源、调控卫生事业各种供求关系、提高卫生服务的社会效益和经济收益将产生重要作用。现将本次卫生服务调查结果报告如下:
