近年来,我国的住房抵押贷款获得了极大的社会认可,它不仅改善了居民的住房环境,而且还很大程度上促进了地方投资,扩大了社会内需,拉动了国家的经济增长。然而,在发展的同时,我们也应该看到住房抵押贷款出现的一些问题,以及其存在的风险,应对这些风险需要我们从多个方面进行有效控制,本文从笔者的学习经验以及心得入手,简要谈一下我国商业银行住房抵押贷款风险及其对策分析。
