编者按:企业之间的竞争就是人才的竞争,知本的价值正在超越资本。员工素质的高低,决定企业竞争力的高低,也必然决定企业的成败。培训,已经当之无愧地成为企业良性生存和持续发展的关键,成为企业腾飞必需的翅膀。因此,对员工进行培训已经成为越来越多企业的一种重要的经营活动。正如美国未来学家约翰·奈斯比特所言:“在这个时期成功的公司要解决两个问题一个是对最有竞争力、更富生产性的管理人员的需求,一个是把办公室与教室连在一起”。
Editor’s Note: The competition between enterprises is the competition of talents, the value of the capital is beyond the capital. The level of staff quality, determine the level of competitiveness of enterprises, but also inevitably determine the success or failure of enterprises. Training, has deservedly become the key to the healthy development of enterprises and sustainable development, become the necessary wings for business take-off. Therefore, training of employees has become an important business activity of more and more enterprises. As the U.S. futurologist John Naisbitt put it: “Companies that have succeeded in this period have two problems to solve: one is the need for the most competitive and productive managers, and the other is the need to have offices and classrooms connected together”.
