当前,国产汽车正在加紧改型换代,向高速,重载、节能的方向发展。作为连接,紧固汽车零部件和总成的、用量最大的汽车标准件,更应该首先满足汽车换型配套、减轻自重和安全可靠的要求。我国现有的汽车标准件标准(Q),只规定了型式尺寸和材质硬度、表面复盖层,没有要求保证强度,更没有建立按强度分级来选用标准件的体系。然而,强度却正是标准件使用要求的最直接、最重要的性能指标。
At present, domestic cars are stepping up the process of upgrading to high-speed, heavy-duty and energy-saving direction. As connecting, fastening auto parts and assemblies, the largest amount of automotive standard parts, should first meet the car conversion kit, to reduce the weight and safety and reliability requirements. China’s existing standards for automotive parts (Q), only provides the type size and material hardness, surface covering, there is no requirement to ensure strength, but also did not establish a classification by strength to select standard parts system. However, the strength is exactly the most direct and important performance index of standard parts.
