军官职业化是现代社会军事职业发展的产物,是政党或国家按照军队政治属性、组织体制、专业职能规制军事职业准入和军官职业发展的制度体系。我军现行军官制度,内含军官职业化的诸多元素。推进军官职业化制度改革,应基于军事职业特质和我国基本军事制度,适应我军组织形态现代化和作战要求,协调推进军官职位设置及岗位规范、军官资格标准及晋升发展、军官服役生涯及权益保障等改革,逐步建立科学化、专业化、法治化的军官管理体系。
