国务院1月11日以国函[2016]16号文,对浙江省关于报请审批杭州市城市总体规划的请示予以批复,批复如下:一、原则同意《杭州市城市总体规划(2001-2020年)(2016年修订)》(以下简称《总体规划》)。杭州是浙江省省会和全省经济、文化、科教中心,长江三角洲中心城市之一。《总体规划》实施要深入贯彻党的十八大和十八届三中、四中、五中全会及中央城镇化工作会议、中央城市工作会议精神,认真落实创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的发展理念,认识、尊重、顺应城市发展规律,端正城市发展指导思想,
The State Council approved the invitation of Zhejiang Province on submitting for examination and approval of the overall urban planning of Hangzhou City on January 11 with the letter No. [2016] 16 of the State Council as followings: First, it is agreed in principle that “the overall urban planning of Hangzhou City (2001-2020) (Revised in 2016) ”(hereinafter referred to as“ master plan ”). Hangzhou is the capital of Zhejiang Province and the province’s economy, culture, science and education center, one of the central cities in the Yangtze River Delta. The implementation of “master plan” should thoroughly implement the spirit of the CPC Central Committee, the Third Plenary Session, the Fourth Plenary Session, the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, the Central Urbanization Work Conference and the Central Urban Work Conference and conscientiously implement the principles of innovation, coordination, greenness, openness and sharing Development concept, understanding, respect, conform to the law of urban development, correct urban development guidelines,
