目的探讨肿瘤转移相关标志物检测对食管鳞状细胞癌(ESCC)的分子分型和评估预后的价值。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测100例ESCC组织和20例正常食管组织中细胞周期素D1(cyclin D1)、结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达,并将其表达特征与TNM分期进行比较。结果细胞周期素D1、VEGF和CTGF在ESCC组织中的表达率分别为61%、53%和49%,高于正常食管组织的0%、15%和15%(P<0.05)。细胞周期素D1、CTGF和VEGF表达程度与TNM分期存在一定的相关性:Ⅰ期ESCC高表达细胞周期素D1、CTGF和VEGF的患者3年生存率低于低表达者(P<0.05)。结论细胞周期素D1、CTGF和VEGF检测结合TNM分期可用于ESCC的分子分型和判断患者的预后。
Objective To investigate the molecular classification of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) and its prognostic value in the detection of tumor metastasis-associated markers. Methods The expressions of cyclin D1, connective tissue growth factor (CTGF) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in 100 ESCC tissues and 20 normal esophageal tissues were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. The expression of VEGF, Features compared with TNM staging. Results The expression rates of cyclin D1, VEGF and CTGF in ESCC tissues were 61%, 53% and 49%, respectively, which were higher than those of normal esophagus tissues (0%, 15% and 15%, P <0.05). The expression of cyclin D1, CTGF and VEGF was correlated with TNM staging. The 3-year survival rate of stage Ⅰ ESCC patients with high expression of cyclin D1, CTGF and VEGF was lower than that of low expression (P <0.05). Conclusion The detection of cyclin D1, CTGF and VEGF combined with TNM staging can be used for molecular typing of ESCC and prognosis of patients.
