虚拟组织是一种以信息技术为支撑的区别于传统实体组织的人机一体化组织,已成为互联网经济时代组织运营的重要模式。相较于传统的组织形式,虚拟组织对员工创造力的影响更为复杂。在文献研究和理论推演的基础之上,厘清虚拟组织和员工创造力的概念、特点、影响因素以及传统组织背景下的员工创造力作用机制,从而构建出虚拟组织对员工创造力影响的综合研究模型,并对未来研究进行展望。
