[目的]探讨影响高原粳稻抗倒性的主要因素。[方法]该试验以26份云南高原粳稻品种(系)为供试材料,对高原粳稻抗倒性及其相关的20个农艺性状进行了相关分析和主成分分析。[结果]供试材料的抗倒性在在不同性状间存在较大差异。株高、穗下第4、3、2节间壁厚4个性状对抗倒性影响最大,而穗下第3、2、4、1节直径、穗下第4、3节间距离和穗下第1节间壁厚7个性状对抗倒性影响较小,其余9个茎秆性状不影响或者通过上述茎秆性状而间接影响抗倒性。株高、穗下第4、3节间距离、穗下第1、2、3、4节间壁厚和穗下第1、2、3、4节直径共11个农艺性状与抗倒性存在显著相关关系,而穗长、穗重、穗下第1、2节间距离、穗下第1、2、3、4节间直径和穗下第5节直径9个性状与抗倒性的相关性不显著。[结论]在高原粳稻的育种中,应注重这些主要影响因素的改良以提高高原粳稻品种(系)抗倒性。
[Objective] The research aimed to discuss the main factors affecting the lodging resistance of japonica rice in plateau. [Method] Twenty-six varieties of japonica rice from Yunnan Plateau were used as tested materials. The correlation analysis and principal component analysis of lodging resistance and the 20 agronomic traits of japonica rice in plateau were conducted. [Result] The lodging resistance of the tested materials differed greatly among different traits. The traits of 4, 3, 2 internode wall thickness had the most significant effect on the trapping ability of plant height, but the diameter of the 3rd, Seven traits of internode wall thickness had little effect on trapping resistance, and the other nine stem traits did not affect or indirectly affected the lodging resistance through the stem traits mentioned above. There were 11 agronomic traits and lodging resistances at the 4th and 3rd internode distance between panicle and ear, 1, 2, 3 and 4 in panicles and 1, 2, 3 and 4 diameters in panicles , While the correlation between the traits of spike length, panicle weight, the distance between the first and second nodes under the ear, the diameters of the first, second, third and fourth nodes under the ear and the fifth under the ear, and the lodging resistance Not obvious. [Conclusion] In the breeding of high altitude japonica rice, we should pay attention to the improvement of these main factors to improve the lodging resistance of japonica rice varieties.
