研究了硫酸锆、SO_4~(2-)/ZrO_2体系对甲基丙烯酸和正十二醇酯化反应的活性和选择性。发现硫酸锆有较好的催化活性,反应8h,醇的转化率达到90%以上,并且对甲基丙烯酸正十二醇酯的选择性接近100%。其活性显著高于SO_4(2-)/ZrO_2。对于硫酸锆体系,考察了焙烧温度、催化剂用量、重复使用次数以及不同投料比对反应的影响。并对SO_4~(2-)/ZrO_2体系在此反应中催化活性差的原因进行了探讨。
The activity and selectivity of esterification of methacrylic acid and n-dodecanol with zirconium sulfate and SO_4 ~ (2 -) / ZrO_2 system were studied. Zirconium sulfate was found to have good catalytic activity, the reaction 8h, alcohol conversion rate of 90% or more, and the selectivity of n-dodecyl methacrylate close to 100%. Its activity was significantly higher than SO 4 (2 -) / ZrO 2. For the zirconium sulphate system, the effects of calcination temperature, amount of catalyst, times of repeated use and different feeding ratio on the reaction were investigated. The reasons for the poor catalytic activity of SO_4 ~ (2 -) / ZrO_2 system were also discussed.
