在机构的支持下,我参与了“中国社会服务管理人才高级研修班——走进美国”项目,于今年3月底赴美国进行了为期12天的参访和学习。这次参访学习不仅让我拓展了视野,也让我收获了同行的友谊,更重要的是带给我一些深刻的启发。参访结束后,我不禁思考:究竟是何种因素影响到我们常谈的社会工作的“专业性”?专业训练影响专业地位这次参访学习中,我们访问了美国婚姻与家庭治疗协会(简称“AAMTF”),令我尤其感慨的是美国
With the support of the organization, I participated in the “China Advanced Seminar on Social Service Management Talents - Entering the United States” and went to the United States for a 12-day visit and study at the end of March this year.
