跨境电商是一种跨国界的商业交易活动,它分为出口跨境电商和进口跨境电商,主要有B2B(企业对企业)和B2C(企业对消费者)两种模式。传统的B2B模式发展已经相对成熟,尤其是在日常的快销品领域。但跨境电商B2C模式,发展尚在初级阶段,因为它面临着全球海关、质检、食品安全、检验检疫等共同监管盲点。同样的,在汽车用品行业,产品具有特殊性,需要安装、售后服务,专业性较强,因此B2C模式也仍在起步阶段。尽管如此,随着全球经济一体化的发展趋势,跨国界的交易肯定会越来越活跃,加上海外市场需求大、增速快,跨境电商正面迎来新的发展蓝海。
Cross-border e-commerce is a cross-border business transaction. It is divided into export cross-border e-commerce and import cross-border e-commerce. There are mainly two modes: B2B (Business to Business) and B2C (Business to Consumer). The traditional development of the B2B model has been relatively mature, especially in the field of daily fast sales. However, the development of cross-border electricity B2C model is still in its infancy as it faces the common regulatory blind spots of global customs, quality control, food safety, inspection and quarantine. Similarly, in the automotive products industry, the product is unique, needs installation, after-sales service, professional and strong, so B2C model is still in its infancy. Nevertheless, with the trend of global economic integration, cross-border transactions will surely be more and more active. With the huge demand and fast growth in overseas markets, cross-border e-commerce suppliers will usher in a new blueprint for development.
