目的了解深圳市罗湖区公共场所集中空调水系统中军团菌污染状况。方法依据《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生规范》附录A,随机抽取深圳市罗湖区32家各类公共场所,采集集中空调通风系统的冷却水、冷凝水,对其进行军团菌的分离培养,并通过生化鉴定和血清学试验进行确认和血清分型。结果 32家公共场所中有9家检出军团菌,检出率为28.1%;采集的81份水样中,有14份检出军团菌,检出率为17.3%;共检出16份军团菌,其中嗜肺军团菌有12株,占75%。结论罗湖区集中空调通风水系统中存在军团菌污染,应加强对公共场所集中空调的消毒和管理。
Objective To understand the status of Legionella pneumophila in central air-conditioning water system of public places in Luohu District, Shenzhen. Methods Based on Appendix A of Sanitary Code for Ventilation System of Central Air Conditioning System in Public Places, 32 public places in Luohu District of Shenzhen City were randomly selected to collect cooling water and condensate of centralized air-conditioning and ventilation system and to isolate and culture Legionella Confirmed and serotyped by biochemical identification and serological tests. Results Legionella was detected in 9 out of 32 public places, with a detection rate of 28.1%. Legionella was detected in 14 of the 81 water samples collected, with a detection rate of 17.3%. A total of 16 Legionnaires Bacteria, of which Legionella pneumophila 12, accounting for 75%. Conclusion The presence of Legionella contamination in the centralized air conditioning and ventilation water system in Luohu District should be strengthened disinfection and management of central air conditioning in public places.
